I have been fortunate enough to live on Monkey Island for over 32 years and to have worked as a Realtor with Shangri-La Realty for over 30 years. I have seen a lot of changes over those years. 2020 has started with a lot of challenges, but I believe this will be a boom year for lake property. New projects at the Shangri-La Resort will make Monkey Island a vacation destination for families and will offer more activities for both homeowners and people looking for a great place to spend their vacations.
