"The Man Who Ran"Boasted as a nominee for the "...Top 100 Attractions in North America for Year 2000" and a winner of the Oklahoma Tourism Merit Award, "The Man Who Ran" in Disney, Oklahoma is definitely a must see show for the whole family. Viewed by over 100,000 people, the production is performed on stage at Picture Amphitheater, only 3.5 miles east of Disney."The Man Who Ran" is a story that recounts the lives of Jesus, Jonah and the whale. The fabulous production consists of everything from colorful costumes to live animals, not to mention awesome pyrotechnics. Shows begin June 16th and last thru August 26th, playing live each Friday and Saturday night. There is a suggested price of $7 for adults and $3 for children 4-12 at the gate, to be used as a donation. Due to overwhelming popularity, reservations are recommended but not mandatory.
