British Flyers Remembrance Ceremony & English Tea
The British Flyers Remembrance Ceremony is scheduled at the GAR Cemetery in Miami, Oklahoma on Saturday, October 19th. The event begins at 10:30 am and will provide remembrance for those who lost their lives in June 1944.
John Raisbeck will be present honoring the father – AC 2 Kenneth Raisbeck - he never met which lost his life in the crash. Immediately following the ceremony, English Tea will be served at the Coleman Theater Ballroom at 103 North Main in Miami, Oklahoma.
