Hunter Education is offered through the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation. The instruction is offered to individuals and youth alike. Students who are ten years old and younger are welcome to attend, but this age group will not be allowed to take the test or receive a card.

The course offered to those in the state of Oklahoma can be accessed in three different ways. The Hunter Education course is offered online, through a 4 hour home study course, and through an 8 hour traditional in a classroom setting.
