Rush for Brush is one of the most successful programs in the Grand Lake Ok area and it is continuing in 2018. Online registration offers the following options:
June 2, 2018 – Lower Parking Lot at Ecosystems & Education Center, Langley
June 23, 2018 – Wolf Creek Park in Grove
The registration process asks for the coordinator’s name, address, phone number, date of choice, and how many people will be coming with you. GRDA is also interested in the names of the people who will be joining your group.
Keep Beautiful Award
In 2017, Rush for Brush program received the Keep Oklahoma Beautiful Award. The program is created to enhance the fisheries habitat in Grand Lake Ok, Lake Hudson, and WR Holway Reservoir.
Yearly workshops are held for the community. GRDA provides the materials for the program and they depend on volunteers to help in the process. For more information on how you can help in the program, please contact the GRDA at 918-256-5545.
