The Gatesway Balloon Festival is scheduled to take place near the Grand Lake Ok area. It will begin in Claremore, Oklahoma on September 18th and end on the 19th. The main event will take place at the Cherokee Casino Will Rogers Downs at 20900 South 4200 Road. Friday hours are from 4:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Saturday hours are from 7:30 am to 11:30 pm.
If you and your family enjoy seeing the hot air balloons, this happening is a must see. Over thirty hot air balloons will be included from across the country. Competitions will take place with plenty of fun for the whole family. Live entertainment will be provided while visitors view booths displaying arts and crafts, vendor displays, food concessions, and more.
Children will enjoy seeing the colorful displays during the summer balloon fest. They will also love the children’s activity area and pony rides just for them. Balloon rides will also be available along with other great activities.
