Current updates for the community residents and visitors for Grand Lake in Oklahoma are as follows:


Grand Lake Ok State Park & Bernice Nature Center

 

• Nature Center activities are still postponed at this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic


• All playgrounds are closed with the exception of Nature’s Playground


• Grand Lake State Park office is closed to the public (please call as needed)

 

So, what can I do at Grand Lake State Park?


Currently, community residents and those visiting the park can still enjoy the following activities:


• Camping is still an open option (please call the office first)


• Hiking trails are open for your enjoyment


• The park is still open (please follow social distancing standards)


• Fishing and boating are still an option for visitors

 

Take a Much Needed Break & Enjoy the Outdoors


During this time of global crisis, remember to take care of yourself and your family. This should include getting some exercise and fresh air. Also, practice social distancing effectively but enjoy the outdoors in the process. Take a break from the mental stresses of life and enjoy some downtime!
