The Afton Station holds a unique history all its own and provides visitors to the Grand Lake Ok area with a pleasant stop. This popular day destination is housed within an old D-X gasoline station on Route 66.
The attraction is a privately owned center offering visitor information, gift shop items, as well as vintage car displays. There are 14 different vintage automobiles on display at the Afton Station.
Additional collections on site include Route 66 items, Buffalo Ranch mementos, and other uniquely interesting items. Many people from around the world stop in at the Afton Station to enjoy part of the day.
