The Coleman Theater in Miami Oklahoma will be showing the Cowgirl Culture Documentary on May 19th and May 20th. The documentary premiere will feature two cowgirls from the Welch, Oklahoma area. The release includes cultural understanding centered around five different modern-day cowgirls’ stories.

The film is produced by Lindsey Walls, a long-time photographer and Welch graduate. This visually appealing representation of the culture of a modern-day cowgirl captures the unique lifestyle of each cow lady. Ten percent of the ticket sales for these showings will be donated back into the historic Coleman Theater.
