Come and meet Michael Wallis during the Vinita Route 66 Festival held on June 18. This best-selling writing and award-winning journalist will be at the Meet, Greet, & Book Signing at the Route 66 Marketplace from 10 am to noon.
Wallis is popular for his experience as a historian and has authored 17 books, including “Route 66: The Mother Road.” He has received extensive publications in national magazines and is the voice talent of “The Sheriff” in animated films for the CARS (Pixar) which is in production.
Michael Wallis will also be making the “State of the Mother Road” address at Center Stage from noon to 12:30 pm. He will then be available at Clanton’s Café from 12:30 pm to 2 pm. His final appearance will be at the Eastern Trails Museum at 3 pm.
