The Eastern Trails Museum is located in Vinita, Oklahoma and offers a day time destination for families to enjoy. The museum is rich in the history of the Civil War time, area ranching, home crafting of the past, as well as holds Cherokee cultural displays.
The museum offers exhibits related to the earlier days within the area. Visitors can view a recreated post office from earlier in history. Open is also a historical doctor’s office, general store, and printing office. Route 66 related displays are offered as well as those from Native American History.
