* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 26 degrees
possible. Temperatures in the Tulsa metro and Fort Smith area
could fall into the 30-32 degree range.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast and southeast
Oklahoma and northwest and west central Arkansas.
* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...These conditions could kill plants and and other
tender vegetation that are left outdoors or unprotected.
Instructions: Precautions should also be taken to protect small plants and
tender vegetation.
